    Will not purchase Bitdefender ever again

    I currently have a Bitdefender Internet Security which just recently expired. I purchased the Bitdefender Total Security but you can not use the same email address to register and activate the Bitdefender Total Security since I used my email address for a different version of Bitdefender. 1. I called BestBuy Geek Squad who told me I need to contact Bitdefender. 2. I called Bitdefender who to me to contact BeatBuy. 3. I called Bitdefender once again and opened up a support ticket. I provided Bitdefender with the information they requested only to be ignored and they never took care of this issue. It makes no senses that I will have to use a different email address to register a different version of a Bitdefender product. WILL NEVER PURCHASE BITDEFENDER PRODUCT AGAIN.

    Bitdefender multi device security

    Freezes up, doesn't perform a full scan, detects devices stealing WiFi but gives no access to remove those unauthorized users or stop them. I got something in my phone now that's messing it up and who knows, I didn't have as many problems with it as I do now.. I wasted hard earned money on this and please don't waste your money like I did... I would had rated it zero stars honestly

    Wiped out my computer

    While it got great internet reviews, it apparently has a super agressive antivirus. When i loaded it, my computer actually started chugging and i could not use almost any of my settings. I had to return it to best buy and spend a good deal of time figuring out how to remove it from the computer ( by downloading a removal from Bitdefender)

As long as the minimum system requirements are met this shouldn't happen unless there are compatibility issues with other antivirus solutions, or actual malware that Bitdefender found and is trying to remove.
