OMG, so darn slow for Daily & or all Bitdefender Security Updates & I mean SLOW! It's literally driving me crazy seeing & dealing with this every day at these continuing SLOW crawl Speeds which are not improving. Bitdefender Security Products are one of the slowest Security Products to update their Products & Daily Virus Definition Updates. It takes 9 Minutes or longer at times with my Wired 400+ Mbps Broadband Internet Connection to let & get my Bitdefender Total Security 2024 to update & complete its Daily Security & Product Updates from the Bitdefender Security Servers. This kind of dreadful, SLOW Updates from a very popular Security Product is just lame & really needs to be worked on & greatly improved here soon or in the near future of all of their Security Products. No other Internet Security Software out there that I have purchased or used on my Desktop Computer in the past has been Bitdefender most definitely needs to focus & work on improving & making their Daily Security & Product Updates and Update Servers respond & work better & faster than they are now... I feel like their Updates are in Turtle Mode or slower! This terribly SLOW at Daily Updating... Also, Bitdefender Total Security has been taking & using a lot of my Computers System Resources heavily at times too & making my Computer slow to boot & startup which is also a concern and a annoyance. I am not so sure that I will purchase & take on another Bitdefender Product for these noticeable & noted reasons that I am experiencing & dealing with Daily?

This protected all my devices. I love this anti-virus. It works so well and can protect alot of devices. Keeps track of all of them as well.

Bitdefender is regarded in the IT community as one of the best computer security programs currently available. It has saved me more than once over the years. No one should be online without it ... ever.

Protect up to 5 Devices, affordable, easy install but gave me issues changing from the free version to this. It's not just a case of entering a product key. I have to uninstall the free version, run their installation cleanup tool, then setup an account and initiate the install thru their website. I wish you could be a little more selective in what all components you want to install as they push their VPN and SafeWeb add-on which I don't use. Much cheaper to buy on sale here vs regular retail or direct from BitDefender.

I've been using this product for over 5 years. It's constantly being updated and I've never had a virus problem. Works well on my phone too.

I really like this software. I feel safer using it. Its good for mt laptop and phone. The price was real reasonable slso.

This is the only Antivirus I use, catches everything and works really well. sometimes the notification pop ups are annoying but they are there for a reason to let you know what's going on with your system. overall great antivirus that will keep your PC safe.

Overall, very good product, needed it to replace my Kaspersky, it gets the job done and is just about as silent and behind the scenes as kaspersky was, even have it on my gaming pc, and never run into bad interactions with anti cheat or anything. Only think is that the virus update seems to take the same amount of time everytime which can add up when it’s usually every other day, and tends to sit at 80% for a bit.

This was bought after high recommendations online from computer magazines. Norton was getting way too expensive, had to switch. Doesn't kill my computer running in the background, like others I've had. It caught a few malicious attempts already this year. Works good, happy with the purchase!

I'm quite pleased with Bitdefender Total Security. It has many security features available to you to protect 5 devices. Just a few that I find very important. Along with anti virus and firewall protection it has a VPN and web browser protection. Use it on my PC, tablets, mobile phones. Password manager as well for extra cost. Another security feature I really like is the Safepay secure browser that I use for financial websites. Only had it for less than a month. I found it to be an upgrade from McAfee I've had for years. I would highly recommend Bitdefender Total Security.

I am trying Bitdefender, I was using Norton which was Free from Comcast but they started charging for it. This was on sale so I'm trying it. Bitdefender offers a VPN with it but it only has 200MB then you get a notification to upgrade.

I really trust the program and it gives protection to my devices (PC and cell phone) because it is light, it does not consume resources and it is updated all the time. I recommend it and take advantage of protecting all your devices.

I've used bitdefender for years and so far so good. I haven't had any issues.

Great software if you’re into gaming. Nothing comes close. The vpn bloatware gets annoying until uninstalled

I've gotten Bitdefender the last 6 yrs and works great with no problems, easy to use, I like the 2yr one and you dont have to get one every year, I bought one for my laptop and I put it in my android phone

This product is a necessary element to protect my information and my computer. My reason for 4 stars is the lack of protection for OS Chrome systems.

Amazing Antivirus and always on sale at Best Buy and always cheaper than buying direct from Bitdefender

Had an issue and support was industry leading. Had trouble at first with initial screeners, but got me to the right persons and saved. Live and willing persons to help. Performance has been solid and not seen as a burden on my system. After changing from a leading competitor, we have been on it ever since.
