This purchase was to extend my subscription for an additional year. it wasn't easy to do this through the BestBuy website so I had to call for support. The first time I called, I was told as I didn't have a support subscription, they could not provide support. So I called the store and obtained the necessary support. As I am reviewing the product and not the BestBuy support, I am giving the product a 5 rating. BestBuy support gets a 2 star.

You have to goto the bitdefender site and use your code there cause you cant download it from bestbuy. Save yourself about 10 hours of frustration lol.

Easy, hands-off anti virus protection

I installed this and within a few minutes had discovered five trojan files that had been buried deep within my mail archives, something my old antivirus program had missed. I was immediately impressed. Since then, it has worked silently, only alerting me to its presence when an issue pops up. It supports up to five devices for one year.
