To Hard

It had an arrow that said click on it but when I did nothing happened. I had to get the geek squad to help me. Then it made my computer shut down. After all that work I ended up getting shut out completely and had to figure out how to fix it. My computer kept saying my cookies were not allowed. It took me hours to figure out what to do. I am no computer expert so this was not for me.
