So I've been using Bitdefender for a while now on my Android phone, Windows laptop, and my wife's iPhone, iPad, and MacBook, and we're satisfied with it. It's a great all-around security suite that protects me from all kinds of online threats, and it's also really easy to use. OVERALL IMPRESSION I love that is so comprehensive. It protects me from viruses, malware, ransomware, phishing attacks, and more. It also has a great firewall that blocks unwanted traffic from my devices. Plus, it has a parental control feature that lets me keep an eye on what my kids are doing online. FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY This antivirus has a ton of great features, but here are a few of my favorites: MALWARE PROTECTION: It has a perfect score in independent antivirus tests, so I know that I'm protected from all the latest threats. RANSOMWARE PROTECTION: It has a special layer of protection that blocks ransomware attacks before they can encrypt my files. FIREWALL: The firewall is very easy to use, and it does a great job of keeping my devices safe from hackers. PARENTAL CONTROLS: The parental controls let me block websites, set screen time limits, and track my kids' online activity. EASE OF USE I find it very easy to use. The installation process is simple, and the user interface is intuitive. I was able to get everything up and running in just a few minutes. PERFORMANCE AND IMPACT It doesn't slow down my devices at all. I haven't noticed any difference in performance since I started using it. SECURITY EFFECTIVENESS I've never had any problems with viruses or malware since I started using it. I'm confident that it's keeping my devices safe from all the latest threats. VALUE FOR MONEY It is a great value for the price. It's one of the most affordable security suites on the market, and it offers a lot of features. CONCLUSION I totally recommend Bitdefender to anyone who is looking for a comprehensive and easy-to-use security suite. It's a great way to protect your devices from all kinds of online threats. I am using Bitdefender for the 3rd year in raw. It’s highly rated software was sold for a very reasonable price.

I'm using BitDefender total security since 2009. This is no doubt the best antivirus and firewall available on the market! I have my family relatives and friends purchase this great security on my recommendations and everyone is very pleased with this security! Thank you

I was under the impression Bitdefender was one of the leaders in the AV world and wanted to protect my network, and my devices. I was satisfied with the trial but didn't run into any issues during that time. I decided to purchase the software subscription and saws Best Buy had it pretty cheap. So I purchased it and after a week or so, I noticed that bitdefender would alert me whenever an application was trying to access my microphone. Cool, I thought, I'll use bitdefender to block access to the microphone for a game I play because there's a bug with the game where audio will still broadcast even with the setting turned off in the game. So I decided to go look through the logs and see what port was being accessed so I could block it and prevent my conversations from being broadcasted to the game. After searching I realized... ...there are no logs. Anywhere. Want to see what Bitdefender is doing in the background? Tough luck. I decided to reach out to Bitdefender support to see if I was missing something and received responses from an engineer that was quite possibly the worse customer service I've had to deal with. Instead of helping me find a solution, they told me to purchase a more expensive business version of their product. Which is absolutely ridiculous. In order to see what it's doing to MY pc, I have to pay more money? Welp, refund time, right? (I mean I've literally only had the product for 2 weeks.) No. Wrong. Zero options for refunds. Best Buy policy prohibits refunds due to it being a digital item and Bitdefender refuses to refund due to it being purchased from Best Buy. You literally have no recourse if you purchase this product from Best Buy and have ANY kind of issue with the software. So can I recommend? Absolutely not. Had I known what I know, I would've just purchased the AntiVirus option instead of 'Total Security.' Much cheaper and their AV is what is world renown, not their security suite. (Which is practically useless on iOS devices, but that's another story.) So no. I would not buy Bitdefender Total Security and would not purchase any Bitdefender products from Best Buy if I had known any of this. You'll have zero options if you're dissatisfied with the service, product, or anything else. Their customer service is horrendous and their product has no transparency. There's no way to see what it's doing on your computer. It's just unacceptable in my opinion.

Quick installation and plenty of added features for a low price. There are also fewer pop ups unlike other antivirus softwares. I will definitely be recommending this antivirus to others.

Very easy to setup and use. Does not seem to slow down my computer and does not mess with things as much as others.

Only 3stars because VPN is not really included with the software (only 200MB). If only I can get my money back.

Instructions to download the digital copy of Bitdefender that I purchased was easy to follow. I purchased Bitdefender for 5 devices. So far have it downloaded and working on 3 devices. I like how it works seamlessly in the background.

Got lucky looking for Bitdefender deals online when I saw it here on Best Buy. There was a wonderful sale and I saved quite a bit more than buying it directly from Bitdefender's website. I have a home office and wanted to beef up my security so I decided to go with this. Very user friendly as I was able to set it up myself with no help. Love that it can cover up to 4 devices and I could purchase a multi year subscription. With the reviews and experience I've had with it so far, I definitely feel like my system is well protected. If you decide to go with this for your security definitely purchase it from Best Buy!

Tech squad folks suggested that this is better than other things I had used. I liked paying the deal price for two years and five devices. I have only installed it on a few computers so far (have not tried it on phones yet). I do feel that it is protecting. However, there are a few things that I find annoying: I do not like getting so many pop-ups about what it is doing (switching to work mode, cutting off my VPN 5 minutes after I turn on my computer). I don't like feeling like I bought a complete package, but need to pay for additional things. When I go to a website that it kicks in extra protection for - like a financial site - it stops the loading, takes a moment for it to go into protection mode, and then finally lets me in. Many of my pre-saved passwords are no longer available as conveniently. I realize I am still learning how to use it, but other programs were more "seamless" about these things.

I keep up with antivirus ratings from AV Comparatives and other testing groups. Bitdefender always scores in the top for ease of use and problem detection and protection. So, when my Norton subscription was ended, I decided to try Bitdefender TS. I was pleased by Best Buy's excellent price and ease of checkout. The program offers a host of useful tools. Some of then, like Device Locator, were not available on my Norton AV. Overall, I am more than pleased by both Bitdefender and Best Buy. Well done!

This product can be used on up to 5 devices including computers, phones and tablets (I only use on computers). Antivirus is highly rated. File shredder will delete files completely. It has limited VPN. There's a new password manager that must be purchased separatelly. I'm not sure if the ransomware protection is extra or not.

First time trying Bitdefender for online security. So far impressed with the software, compared to previous Kaspersky product. Has not slowed PC speed down during updates or scans life other security software. Has flagged numerous suspicious sites that other products never flagged. Great 2 year price also.

I have been using this from past couple of years. Earlier I used to buy directly from Bitdefender with a higher price. I see the BestBuy offer (5 devices, 2 years), is the best and cheap among all the reliable options. Also this Bitdefender Total Security is a good protection to my laptop, ipad and my mobiles. I can safely browse and do online transactions without worrying of my digital security. Thank you BestBuy for providing a wonderful utility for best price.

Easy to install or extend subscription. Have you covered at all times. Could be better on VPN.

I love this anti-virus. It is better than the other software I was using. It has all the protection without the constant pop-ups about purchasing additional components.

I have used all kinds of computer software and there are some great ones. My favorite is bit finder they are a class act and very reasonably priced. Give it a try and see how easy it is to run scans and check the security of your computers. I usually buy a three year plan with five computers covered. I use it for my iPhone as well. It’s never let me down.

Have been using it for a while and works pretty good. Not any complaints about dropping CPU’s on my computers. Easy to install, get up and working properly. Price was pretty good too.

Excellent replacement choice for Kaspersky which cannot be used in the U.S.. Easy to install and actually seems to work better than the other product.
