I actually bought the GPU that came with this promotion and it was never mentioned to me that there was even a promotion. I got the email late , the promotion was not on the receipt , and the Best Buy employee did not mention this “promotion” whatsoever so I never got the game. Terrible experience.

Scam. Like everyone else, tried to use the code and it didn’t work. Waited to try again, code expired. Nvidia told me to contact Best Buy. Best Buy told me to contact Nvidia. 5 customer service agents later, it is seemingly no one’s fault and the best they can do is send another expired code that they admit won’t work (??). Incredibly misleading and no ownership from Best Buy on their shady messaging

No expiration date mentioned on the promotion or the email recieved, I tried to use the code after 3 months and it shows expired. Never put these type of promotions on bestbuy and bait people into buying the products that include these promotions free.

Could not redeem this for the life of me. The Nvidia software that you use to redeem these kinds of titles is extremely buggy and infuriating to use. Tried various times, scoured the internet for help and ultimately just gave up. Tried to install on a ROG G14.

Has anyone got the code? Its almost been a week that i haven’t received and it shows on my receipt

There is not a single mention of an expiration date on this item and I tried to redeem it today and I am told that it is now expired. That's messed up and I would like my game.

Bought a 4080 two weeks ago still no email i called they said they sent it

Same as many others, have yet to receive a code. Here's to hoping it eventually arrives in my email

Could not redeem code. Continuously received an error stating i'm unable to redeem through nVidia app. I waited for a month and now the code has expired.
