I'm not one for swashbuckling action .But this series is so much more .I love this first season has a bit of everything action drama suspense . With a dash of humour

I don't have cable and I wait and purchase tv programs when they come out. Black Sails is a series that will have you waiting in line when season 2 comes out

This take on pirate life is much more about politics and history than anything else but that's what makes it great. Visually it's amazing too.

This show is very good if you like the pirate genre. A lot of action, strong plot, realistic representation of the time period, and very visual.

I wasn't sure what to make of this, being from Michael Bay and all, but it's actually quite entertaining. It's not a top 5 TV show or anything like that, but it's a fun ride.

I discovered Black Sails late and wanted to catch up on the series. This disc was perfect. Get yours if you haven't had a chance to watch this series!

I really like this show. Good adult pirate adventure. Good special effects and sets, very well done. Acting is good and plot interesting. Not for kids!

I got this show season one from my daughter for Christmas gift and love it! If you like action and adventure ,this show is definitely for you!

this is an awesome show much in the vain of Sons Of Anarchy & Vikings but this time with Pirates! And no not exactly Jack Sparrow type pirates..

I have all seasons and just finished the first season which I'm still deciding as to what kind of grade to give it , but I wouldn't go beyond a B .

This series was very interesting and a more accurate representation of pirates but I wouldn't recommend watching this with a younger audience.

If you want a show about pirates then this is the show for you. Interesting characters and a good plot. Can't wait for the next season to see what happens next.
