I just finished it, and absolutely loved it! Great acting and each episode really flows. The picture quality is top notch here. Full screen, and very bright and colorful, and crystal clear with great cinematography. Definitely worth watching!

I originally saw this on Starz and enjoyed the plots, subplots and characters. Lots of swashbuckling action and some actual historical pirates are portrayed. So I saw the DVD set on sale and picked it up and I’m glad I did. Good binge watching and seeing it the second time through have enjoyed Black Sails even more. I plan to read a book or two about the golden age of piracy as this show has piqued my interest.

This is one the best series that has run on Showtime. The tale of the pirates of Nassau was extremely well done and the cast was excellent. Watching it a second time has been very enjoyable. The Blu-ray image is first rate and the Dolby TrueHD audio fills the room with immersive sound. Highly recommended.

This Movie is a truly fantastic idea of how the characters of Treasure Island came to be! It features many fictional Pirates and most of the actual Pirates that actually existed, such as "Calico Jack" Rackham, Anne Bonny, "Blackbeard" Edward Teach, and more! I consider this Movie A Masterpiece!

I found this at Best Buy for less than at other stores. My wife loves this show, i think its the shirtless pirates, but i don't care why as long as she leaves me alone to play my video games!

I have been wanting to watch this series for years finally I bought it and it was great.

This is my second purchase of this box set because I love the series so much. I wanted to get another copy because I will be living in two different houses. Now I have this in both my homes and will enjoy watching again.

Pirates of the Caribbean will rejoice at this series! Created by Michael Bay and cast with some of the most lovely people to look at, this exciting series will keep you on the edge of your seat!

Waited for series to be over before buying and I was completely satisfied. Good acting by all performers. Filming & FX were also excellent! Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys action & adventure.

I enjoy pirates and the pirates adventures and fights

This Show is an Mature Prequel to Treasure Island. Lots of Famous Pirates as well as Trasure Island characters origins. A really good origin story to one of my favorite books.

Black Sails has an excellent storyline, characters and performance by the actors that I would recommend to anyone who is a fan of Game of Thrones or Spartacus. Great show!

I like these type of Blue Ray sets. Very good for when you're wanting to binge watch the complete set. I liked this series and I recommend it.

So many characters, intricate plots. Started watching in Season 3 on cable, stopped and waited until the series came out on BluRay to binge on.

now I can sit down and watch an entire episode of BLACK SAILS. this is one of the ( A ) list of TV shows of recent years.

A few slow episodes. A lot of deep twists and plot changes, doesnt end the way you would think..
