Very happy with my new BB, been a faithful BB user since Palm Phone was discontinued. Every thing about this transition works quickly and smoothly except for the password keeper. I had to re-enter all of my passwords, but it didn’t take too long. Glad to have the Google play store so that’s why I gave 5 stars instead of just 4. Former Hub was nicer to look at, but that is just a personal preference.

Bought this phone primarily because I was stoked to have a physical keyboard again, that wasn't part of some cheap gimmicky case/add-on. Spent a few month researching it and going through reviews. Was super excited when I got it. I'm not a "heavy" phone user. I installed just a few apps none of which were graphic/processor heavy, kept background apps closed, etc. Started noticing the lag when switching between apps or actions within apps. Gave it another month to see if I was just being too critical. Ended up going back to my iPhone. Going to miss the keyboard and Blackberry Hub. If you're still on the fence about this device and are worried about older reviews stating the screen split or peeled away, I did not have that issue whatsoever. Battery life is great. Fingerprint sensor was very quick. The device definitely had a lot of pluses for me. Just not enough to overcome the lag.

I am a loyal Blackberry user and was so excited when they came out with the new KEYone. I really like the added features including the Android operating system, the QWERTY keyboard, and the larger display.

My daughter loves this phone, did everything she wanted...reasonably priced...I like the multifunction keyboard...

This is the perfect phone if you love the BlackBerry keyboard and want a phone with great battery life.

Although it takes some adjusting getting back to using a physical keyboard again, it's been worth the effort! The KeyOne makes it easy and convenient to use the keyboard, especially with word recognition options for efficiency. I find the OS fast and efficient. The battery lasts a long time, too. I had a Blackberry for 10 years and was switched to a Samsung. I am very happy to have switched back recently. I'm not a techno-junkie and do not "live" on my phone. It's exactly what I need for email, phone calls, text, and a very small list of apps. (Isn't an app something you eat before dinner?" People always ask: "Do they still make Blackberry?" Indeed, they do.

I would buy this again just to keep BBHub. All of my messages coalesce into one app, and I can even filter out my Gmail account to avoid the junk all day. Rock solid hardware. BlackBerry and Android together is a match made in productivity heaven.

Love it, love the keyboard love the hub. Takes some time to stop all the notices which I don't want. Still some pop up in the middle of doing something. Wish it had the BlackBerry OS but to have the programs I need I have to put up with Google.

Had to replace my BlackBerry Classic. Verizon no longer sells this brand. Verizon sent me to best buy. Phone serves purpose of having another BlackBerry but unfortunately it does have quirky issues that both Verizon and bestbuy had to be contacted. The keytwo can not be purchased for Verizon so keyone is the only option.because it is the only Port in a storm another one may have to be purchased to replace a second classic. I was fortunate to meet a Verizon specialist that set up the phone.

But side button placement could be better, i.e. changing the volume while the phone is in your pocket is difficult because of the Convenience Key right next to the volume rocker. The back, home and recent apps buttons have trouble reading my finger pressing against them, so I either accidentally press something on the very bottom of the touch screen or I end up pressing nothing. It actually takes some effort to press them. And using the keyboard as a trackpad is very janky.

I have used the phone for a week and it is a good fit. I don't game or social media. I work. It is quick, good sound quality, physical keyboard is sooooo refreshing. Many many upgrades to the old BB's

I don't give in to Apple phones or proper Droid phones- so this was a no-brainer for me. Best phone ever and thank gah for the physical keyboard. I've missed it so! Don't delay, buy today!

This was a good phone then the bugs kicked in.. By now I'm sure they have been fixed.

It was an alright phone I think the iPhone is better the only good thing about is camera

This is the best android phone to come from BlackBerry. It is fast. It has long battery life and the qwerty keyboard is Classic! You can program the keyboard to open your favorite apps. No scrolling needed. Just click and go. One can do split screen as well to work in 2 apps simultaneously. If you have questions, just tweet #blackberry help. They will direct you to someone who can. Assistance comes within 24 hours. Love it.

I bought this phone to upgrade my PRIV and it worth it. The price was good and I was able to put my Sims card in and I was ready to go.

The Blackberry Keyone is the best phone I have ever had. It does all it was promoted to do and is easy to use.

This is a great phone and definitely the best blackberry ive seen. They also gave me a great deal on the phone.

Keep the keyboards coming. Can't stand virtual keyboards. Wish it was still BlackBerry OS but Android is OK.
