This device is great. I use it to clean my ear twice a week in the shower and I feel my hearing being restored a little each time I use it. I have only gone beyond setting 1 once, and it felt too aggressive. Maybe I need to get used to it a little bit more, but I also think a lot of people may not need to go past the first setting for just routing cleaning.

This ear cleaner is great! I work at a medical clinic and it compares to what we use. It's comfortable, even with pierced (inner and outer) ears. It's easy to use if you're doing it alone. The water basin works perfectly if you're not in the shower or over a sink. The extra attachments are a added bonus. The 3 speeds is a nice feature and allow you to have a gentle rinse or full pressure to release the wax. It's sleek and takes up little space on the counter. Overall, very happy with this product.

Got it on sale for $45 so great purchase. Only complaint, which i saw others mention, is how small the water reservoir is for the size of the machine itself. I was expecting small from the reviews, but it is SMALL. Like cant even clean both ears without refilling. Just 1. But besides that, love the product. Wouldn't have paid full price honestly.

I was skeptical at first thinking that there no way this would work. I tried the typical q tip method and always had wax on the end. So i tried this based off the infomercial i saw. Level 1 wasn't for me but i recommend it so that you "get used to how water feels being shot into your ear". After a few days of 1, i jumped to level 3. I haven't had any wax on my q tips for 3 days now. I recommend if you don't like seeing wax every morning

Use this weekly and it is easy to use and cleans as it should. Pleased with this so far. Bought on sale, so a good value.

Easy to use, easy on the ears, holds a charge pretty well

I really tell if it is working. I don't see any wax, nor did the ringing in my ears stop. It does do exactly what it supposed to do, sprays my ear with 3 jets and warm water. It's not harsh, it's gently, all three settings.

This is a really cool product. It cleans your ears well. It doesn’t hurt. I was expecting a painful amount of pressure but it was more of a tickle. It has 3 pressure so you can pick the one you like. Way better than qtips. I’d buy it again. It was higher than I’d like but worth the money.

I bought this years ago and it’s still in excellent condition, it clears all the gunk out of my ears highly recommended bathroom tool!

Excellent item. Finally I feel like my ears are really clean. It took all the phosphorus out of my ears. I recommend everyone to buy it. It is made of quality materials.

This is honestly the best thing I've spent my money on. I suffer from really sticky and waxy earwax so getting water in my ear made it insufferable to hear from. I pulled the trigger and it nocked out the earwax cloggin my eardrums so fast. But do be warned, use warm water closer to human body temperature or else you will suffer some of the worst nausea ever lol.

This is an amazing little handheld device that is very simple & easy to use and because of this product i am now able to clean out my ears anytime the wax builds up and what i love the most about it is it actually saves me many visits to my doctor just to have my ears cleared out so believe me when I say if i could give a 10 star rating i definitely would! Whoever created this device should be granted the medal of honor & any other type of reward known to man because i really do feel like it's saved my life or at least made it far better!!!

Used it a few times and it is really easy to use. Also nice that they include extra tips. Each family member gets their own!

I like it. It helps, but the water stuck in your ears after sometimes is super annoying. At first as the manual says use the lower setting. Eventually the higher will be better but not out the gate.

Easy to use for someone who does a lot of automotive and construction work with dirt ect flying around

Having to recently visit a clinic to have a wax plug removed from my ear, and seeing that all they did was irrigate my ear to disloge it... this product does the exact same job as often as you need it done without a clinic appointment and associated cost.

Will use a few more times but initial opinion uw is that it gets my ears clean but hurts in the process. I guess there are tradeoffs to having clean ears lol

This is a must buy.Works extremely well and easy to use.The cleaning is exceptional.

Works good, only issue is some charging cords don't work with it.
