Well... I was a little skeptical at first, however, this product has lived up to every expectation. The pressure is perfect. It is easy to fill, adjust, use and clean. It is gentle, yet gets into all of the nooks and crannies. It came with 6 caps, so it's good for sharing with the whole family. Honestly, I was shocked at the amount of "stuff" that drained into the holding cup. My adult daughter has extra small ear canals and has suffered with buildup forever. She used it and called me an hour later and said, "Mom... I can hear! I mean, I can actually hear." That in itself is the only testimonial that I need to hear to know that this product is a win-win!

Feels really weird but it works at cleaning. I reas this method is safer than swabs for cleaning the ear. So far im satisfied with this product.

Awesome product and big-time solution. Saves a lot of visits to the doctor and all of the aggravation. Using this for the first time, cleared away any doubts if it was worth it or not. Blasted away accumulated wax and left my ears being able to hear in high def quality.

Cleans my ears quick and o dont use q tips any more. Only problem is you ears can get water locked but compared to having ear infections in the past due to q tips i would take sone water in my ear no problem.

It is a great product, it does a excellent job of cleaning out the inner ear.

So I really really love this device. It works great. Feels great. And i have Cleaner ears because of it. It takes only one time to get used to the feeling of warm water (only use warm water) wushing in your ear. But it really does the job. Definitely recommended. You’ll love it too.

This product cleans my ear throughly just some hot water insert into ear and let the wax fall out. Very helpful and it doesnt even hurt (kinda tickles).

The first tume I used it, wow, I was shocked by how much wax came out. Easy to clean and a must have for easy at home cleaning.

I had a tickle in my ear from a loose hair in it for almost a year Went to the Doctor's and they tried three flushes and quite. The tickle was still there. I purchased this ear cleaner. It took a number of tries but I finally got the loose hair out. What relief not having the inside of your skull itching and tickling non-stop. Well worth the money. One word of caution, that much flushing will make you disoriented and disturb your sense of balance. So just keep a strong hold of the counter.

You will be surprised by what comes out of your ears! I was able to hear more clearly, and don't have the pressure/pain of the build up in my ears I had grown so used to. It was easy to use, and stores nicely on a shelf.

Love this for daily general upkeep of my ears does the job well and my ears are squeaky clean and no more itchy ears!
