I am “assuming” this product has been approved by the New England Journal of Medicine. Or least some board certified ENT’s. I say this because I like cleaning my ears with this system and just want to be sure I am not hurting my hearing. Loved the sale price too!

This thing works great. I have small ear canals so my entire life ive had to have the Dr. clear my ears periodically. This thing helps keep my ears clean for sure. Interested to find out if my Dr. can see a difference on my next visit.

Works great! Just wish it could hold more water, other than that its very easy and comfortable to use!

I’ve been using the Wush Powered Ear Cleaner, and while it works pretty well, it didn’t clean out as much as I expected. It’s good for regular cleaning, but it doesn’t get everything out like I hoped. One time, I sealed it a bit too well while using it, and it messed with my balance for a second, so be careful with that. On the plus side, I did manage to wash out a piece of hair that was stuck deep in my ear canal that i couldn't reach, which was a relief! Overall, it’s handy for light cleaning, but it’s not a miracle worker. Still worth it if you want an easy way to keep your ears clean

It worked great to remove large wax pieces from my ear, which I couldn't get done with ear drops only. The ear was completely closed and I couldn't hear anything. It takes a little practice and patience because the water compartment is too small. But it's a very good product.

Easy to use and effective! I’m always paranoid of a bug flying in my ear and making it their new home. This ear flushing machine helps to ease my mind that there’s nothing in there! Easy to use and doesn’t make a big mess. Also it’s not harsh!

Don’t know how I’ve done this long without this product, best ear cleaner/wash on the market

This product works as advertised. It does help clean your ears very easily. I use it every time I shower.

This thing is seriously amazing ! We use it for the whole household, From My toddler to us adults. It has three different settings that have different pressures. It has multiple tips which make it easy to use for the whole household.

Honestly, i bought this as an inpulse buy and didnt know if it worked or not. It does actually work. I havent used it every single day but i use it in the shower and my ears always feel better after.

I was pleasantly surprised how ease it was to use. I keep it next to my shower and use it after washing my hair so I know my ears are ready to use it.

After cleaning out my ears with this, I felt like I had cranked up the volume of real life to max. It was almost uncomfortable how deaf I was before I used this irrigator, but your ears adjust the volume after a short while. Now my hearing is crystal clear and I can listen to my wife tell me about her day without asking her to repeat herself. Ultimately, this could save someone's marriage one day.

Literally first night with it removed a big earwax plug that was quite huge. Man it's good to hear again. I've always had earwax issues... But no longer.

It works and works very well. My daughter's right ear was totally clogged. Family doctor recommended seeing an ENT to clean it. I used this cleaner and I could not believe how much wax it removed. Worth every penny

I'm a little bit open-air about this it works don't get me wrong I usually do it once a week to clean my ears I just feel the unit is a little bit too bulky and needs to be slimmed down maybe it will not be effective if it is slimmed-down just my opinion
