Blasphemous 1 was a hit that I recommended to all my friends. 2 has added to the gameplay, unfortunately taken a little from the art style and released at a time when game development was becoming extremely difficult. Switch is def the way to play this game.

A fantastic metroidvania that's a great sequel to the master piece that was the first Blasphemous. Amazing music..Fun bosses.. gorgeous areas to explore.

This game is freakin' HARD! I absolutely LOVED the first game and thought it was balanced perfectly, with the exception of some bosses. This game ramps up the difficulty and makes every boss a struggle. Even exploring all of the map can be a challenge to get around. It definitely needs an easier mode. I was ready to rage quit so many times, but I persevered and finished it with blood dripping from my eyes and ears. I truly hope the next game (if there is one) takes it down a notch.

Its art style and gameplay are incredible and most importantly this game is like a darksouls 2d metroidvania

I have been waiting for this game for a very long time. I loved the first game and even got the physical version of the original one, and immediately pre-ordered the second. As a fan of the Metroidvania type games this one is essential to play.

If you liked the first one, heck If you haven’t even played the first one, you’ll love this game. The gameplay is top notch and even better to play portable on the switch.

The game really improved a lot of the gameplay mechanics of the first to make it both easier and more intuitive to use. The game is definitely action paced and pretty gory at times with an ambiguous interpretation and theology on certain religions. Overall at the end a great metroidvania game at a pretty good price a definite must have for any gamer before it's too late.

I liked it better than the first Blasphemous game. It plays great on the Switch.

Makes improvements over the first but still provides great gameplay and challenge. It might be rough at first, but as you progress things will start to click. Highly recommend if you enjoyed the first game.

Nothing better than getting a physical copy of a game that is difficult, but fun. A bit gory, so pleases take a look at the gameplay before buying.
