Love this product. So easy to install. I highly recommend.

I am buying this as a gift but BestBuy shipped be a returned/damaged product. Not only the box us damaged, I can feel the stuff inside isn't neatly packed. The box taped back together with masking tape with prints saying "Inspected" with the "BestBuy" logo. Apparently the damage didn't occur during transit. BestBuy saw the damage and simply taped up the box and shipped it as a new product. No only I would be afraid to keep a product with a broken package like that. I can't possibly give it as a gift... it's going back to the store as is.

I like this camera but i wish the images were more clear. I'll add a picture from the camera.

All i can say is this was the smartest buy i made in 10 years . With this setup you can sleep easy at night knowing your stuff is safe and being watched . Love the motion sensor and night vision features . You can even add a USB jump drive for extra memory space . If you have stuff people would want to steal , i suggest buying this setup , best deal for money camera system ive ever seen .

When clips are recorded it should state the date and not the day of the week. When submitting a video as evidence it’s not accepted as the video only says Monday Tuesday Wednesday etc and the time but the police asks what Tuesday and ask for a dated time stamp this makes the camera system useless when filing a police report. Called customer service was told oh well and hung up on.

I had really high hopes for these, I bought the 2 pack and installed one by my front door and the other on my garage. I changed my settings from 5 second clips to 60 second clips figuring they advertise 2 years of life from a single pair of AA batteries depending on your settings. I figured I should still get a year or maybe even 6 months which I’d be ok with changing batteries every 6 months but I was wrong, my driveway camera died after one week of use at a 60 second clip setting with a 6 sensitivity setting. 5 second clips are useless for security purposes. I contacted customer support and received no help at all other than placing the blame on me and telling me to change my settings back to 5 seconds to save battery life.

I like overall the cameras and results but My one security camera having a problem with drain batteries

The Cameras work great, however the sync module 2, which is SUPPOSED to allow clips to be stored locally, on a USB flash drive, eliminating the need to pay for a Cloud service plan doesn't store anything. I set this up a month ago, and installed the recommended Flash Drive, and when I tried to view clips on the Flash Drive, it is empty. Every day, I receive a notification that reads, "Clip backup failed". The only good thing I can say is, it allows me to use live view, and I get alerts when movement is detected, but I purchased this, to be able to store locally, and it does not.

Great Product easy to connect to your home wifi. Easy to navigate app.

Easy Peasy to set up and simple app to control, but I failed to realize this is ONLY an event system. Not suited for continuous monitoring. Returned after using a couple days. One design flaw is the snap on mounts. Had to soap one or two of them to get them on and they have to be unsnapped to change batteries. Should have been a twist lock method.
