Noisy audio & almost non-existent customer service

There is way too much noise on the audio channel. Also, keep in mind this is the new indoor camera from blink and (unlike the old cameras i.e. XT, XT2) video recording comes with a paid subscription. This information is not clear when you see the product info or blink website and could come as quite a surprise if you are buying this as an add-on to an existing XT2 system. Finally, there is almost NON-EXISTENT customer service in case you need help!

not worth the money

Work great
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Im writing because 1 of my tree mounted cameras fell , i only put one screw in the mounting bracket. Ive had blink since they came out, never had any problems, I’ve never contacted customer support, as some of the ppl writing reviews said they have? Never had any problem, some times system may need to be rebooted to WiFi . I just need new mounts bracket, 3 screws this time.
