    To say this is solar powered is a stretch, at best. It uses the same batteries as the other Blink cameras, the solar panel just extends the function when the batteries die.

    So far I’m loving the blink wireless camera, I love not having to plug it in, it solar so it charges itself, I would definitely recommend this item to anyone, ps it’s not a ring camera, but it gets the job done when you’re away.

    Again a winner from Blink. We have 2 of these on the house now and the solar panel will make changing these batteries a longer affair. They should not need to be changed for a very long time positioned in direct sunlight like they are...
