Ok but you need the pay plan for full features

With out the plan you can view in app. But if motion sets it off. You can’t see what happened until you get home and take the usb out of your sync module and install in computer. I’ll get the plan when it goes on sale with two cameras.

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the device and have some suggestions to try and help. To view your local storage clips within the app, select "Clips" at the bottom of the Blink app, then select "Local Storage" on the left-hand side. Each local storage drive is labeled by the system to which it is attached. Once clips are saved to local storage, they are viewable in the Blink app by selecting it from the Storage Switcher menu. The Storage Switcher lists all storage options in your entire Blink home. I hope this information is helpful. From neighbors trespassing on my porch to porch pirates trying to steal delivered packages. I live in the hood and some of these people are just so stupid that it's necessary to take these extra security measures for my own peace of mind.
