The only issue is the talking has a delay and when people respond there is a small delay. Also the camera feed has a problem with saying it’s busy and not allowing live viewing.

The Blink Mini requires a 5-volt, 1-amp, standard USB power supply (included) and an always-on Wi-Fi internet connection. It does not need a Sync Module, but is compatible with one. Adding the Mini to an existing system allows for shared scheduling. You can improve the picture quality of your Blink cameras by adjusting the video settings to "Best" in your app and ensuring it is within range of your Wi-Fi router. The camera-to-Wi-Fi signal strength plays an important part in video quality, as that data is downloaded directly from the Blink servers to the camera. Camera-to-Sync Module signal strength has no effect on video quality; however, you should have three bars of strength to keep cameras online. In addition to checking your video settings and signal strengths, camera positioning is also important, as environmental conditions such as lighting and glare can affect your video quality. Great for random spot checking. Like the two way audio. Tested it for motion recording first few days but turned it off as I’m not using it for that. Not a fan of paying for cloud storage, would be better if there was a local option.

If I had to do it again, I would just pay the yearly fee for the cloud service, and bypass the sync module altogether.

We took a trip to Colorado and had the camera setup by the living room. The camera also picks up noise amd I was alerted about a package that was delivered fedEx I didn’t know was arriving. This allowed us to have a friend pick up the package.
