I did not know there was a 14 day return policy. They told me to sell it on ebay. I dont think i will be buying products from best buys anymore.

Broke within 2 months

Not an option as a baby monitor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We picked this up to monitor our little one while he sleeps however please read the following before you make the same mistake we did. 1. The live video feed only last about 30 seconds and returns to the main menu. 2. RTSP is not available, because option 1 did not work I thought I would use RTSP and view it as a network stream... nope not enabled... 3. Local storage recording is not available unless you pick up one of their storage hubs (which isnt a game changer for us but good to note) I really wanted this to work, I really wish it did as blink is a solid company but I wish they wouldnt have recommended it for monitoring your child.

Poor sound quality
