My Blink Camera

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A little disappointed on the fact it has to buff before viewing and it doesn’t stay up for viewing, you have to keep opening the app then click on the recorder to view. It’s really worth having because you are able to see what’s going on and communicate with the visitor from anywhere.

Its really easy to use and the battery life is decent. The Infrared light for night time recording is okay, nothing to write jome about, day time recording is supurb. Definatly recommend.

blink works customer service is very poor

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.cameras all seem like they work well. easy setup and install. customer service is useless. i value customer support and they dont seem like they want to hear about any problems. numerous emails about a defective module and they wanted me to prove it was bad by sending them a video of it acting up? when something is sporadically not working how can you document that? they could have offered to switch out the defective item but would not. i guess the customer isnt right unless they can prove it.

Don’t buy

I have experience no problems installing and setting up. Does not hurt to have the insurance plan that is offered.

Good portable product, no extra cost

Easy to install and coordinate with ipad and iphone. I have three outdoor cameras . decent night views, low cost and no monthly fees or billing . Juts what I wanted. Very pleased . Plus , when I move again , easy to uninstall an take with me.
