I have multiple issues why these are only getting 1 star. First and most is the lie on battery life. There is absolutely no way you will ever get two years on your battery life. The battery life is my biggest complaint. I get 1 month max, but on average, about a week and a half. This is with my camera's sensitivity set from 2 to 4 at the highest. I literally have my front doorbell camera battery die after 2 days sometimes! This is with the expensive lithium batteries they require! Yes, they require lithium batteries if you read the fine print. You have no idea how tired I am of changing the batteries and how expensive it can be. I ended up buying rechargeable because it was so expensive. My second complaint is that they have serious lag. Someone rings your doorbell? It takes 10 - 20 seconds for it to let you open your camera so you can talk to them. Crazy! If think that is not long, go stand at your door and pretend you get someone ringing your doorbell and count to 20 staring at your phone to load the camera. My third complaint is it takes a few seconds to start recording. I have had numerous times where it misses the first 5 seconds of someone or some activity in my driveway or suddenly someone is standing at my door and it didn't capture anything. Lastly, it only records for up to 60 seconds and then it stops. So if someone is walking around your backyard or front and they are inspecting before they decide to vandalize or break in, you may miss the whole thing on the camera because one the 60 seconds (or less depending on what you set) is over, it takes forever for it to start recording again. Then if you do set it for 60 seconds and it just happens to be a quick 1 second of movement/motion, it will record for the whole 60 seconds anyways, killing your battery. I highly recommend just spending the extra money for better cameras that record 24/7 and save to a hard drive. Half my cameras are always dead because I don't get around to changing the batteries. Video quality is average. Not the easiest to figure out how to download your videos, You have to pay to use the cloud. You can't save the recordings or run it through your pc, you have to use your app on your phone, which sucks. You can get the pc module to save recordings locally, which uses a micro sd chip you can save the recording to, then you have to take the chip and have an adapter you can plug into your pc and then you can get the recordings (some laptops have it built in), so don't be fooled by them saying you can't use it on your pc, because there is no app for your pc or website you can visit to view your recordings.

Super simple to set up, easy viewing through app. Good motion detection. Pretty sweet.

After set up if the cameras aren’t connecting, open them and press the reset button for 10 seconds on all the cameras. It worked for me. Otherwise only one of the cameras was working.

During the night the footage is a little blurry, a little delay on motion detection, I usually see people almost out of camera view as they’re walking by. but otherwise they’re perfect for what I need.
