When it works, it's fine. But this doorbell went offline and will not reconnect to Blink's servers one month after BestBuy's 24-month warranty expired or I'd take it back. Blink support quit responding when I replied that their instructions didn't work (YouTube videos offer better help). After doing EVERYTHING recommended from multiple sources, my doorbell still REFUSES TO CONNECT to the Blink Servers. Buyer beware.

Trustworthy, Reliable, Easy to install- what more is there to say?

I like it because I do not have to pay a yearly subscription. It was a bit difficult to set up. I called the technician and he helped me set it up.

I’m so glad I got these cameras for my home security and very easy to operate.

I like it its perfect and good to have. It looked like it was meant for a corner spot but i added a piece of wood and it angles straight towards the path in front of my door.

Install was a little tricky but my dad got it up for me and now I don’t have to stress about who’s at my front door or missing package’s anymore.

I found the video and image quality to be great, but two major things detracted from competing units. First we purchased the extra $35 module to save videos locally which seems like a great idea to avoid a monthly fee in perpituity. It plugs into an outlet inside and saves onto a user supplied USB stick. However its notoriously slow to load saved videos and errors frequently. Second, a previous camera I had by Amcrest would pre record so when motion was detected (like a csr driving past) you could get several seconds of the car approaching then leaving - this unit does not do that. Also no advaced features like classification of people/cars/packages. Seemed like a good idea for the lower price point but would consider another unit.

Blink product delivery was on time and no issues. The product has been working each and everyday so far.

Dose the job right the only thing is that u have to buy a subscription after the 30 days unless u save them in a usb that u have to buy other than that cant go wrong for $50

Really tbought this might be a cost effective solution to putting a camera on our front porch. Since it is an Amazon company, and they own Ring, I figured it would be fine. Well, it really was just not good… at all. Image quality was terrible. Night video lacked any detail at all. Video in the day time was even worse. It was so washed out that you could not even see the sidewalk/street. Anyone that came to the door was just an outline with a bright halo around it. Also, the app was pretty laggy. Returned for an Arlo, which is much better.

Love my Blink video doorbell. Helps us feel more secure. Camera has a clear view.

It’s very easy to add this doorbell device to my WiFi and to join other Blink monitors. Recording resolution is very clear. This Sync Module 2 doorbell woks very well when linked to Alexa. I love it.

It doesn’t have as many features as it’s competitors but the price of the unit and the subscription are pretty budget friendly.

Overall happy with my purchases just would like recording clips to last longer
