I like that the new module is easier to set up than past ones. And that multiple people can stay logged in to the account at once. We have one as a front door bell and one kept for sort of an off-label use. We use the second one as a handheld video pager, so she can easily ring it for assistance.

My old sync module died so instead of buying a new one for twice as much I was able to get a doorbell camera and sync module. It works well, alerts your phone when someone rings doorbell.

It works and still records on button press. Connected to my existing XR sync module without issue. The only issue I had is the piece that holds the battery door on broke off during installation, and had it to be gorrila glued back on. It holds the battery door closed and also the doorbell to the installation plate.
