Bought this for my husband to bring to Cuba for his aunt. Unfortunately in Cuba a 3g will not connect to the internet and she can’t access that feature of the phone.

This phone is a little outdated now. It still has its uses as a backup phone for me. It does not have 4G, but only 3.5 H as the maximum bandwidth for data. There is also no storage internally, you have to have an SD card to download apps and whatnot.

Great phone but a little slow. But at this price, its well worth it.

No monthly payment or long term contracts . I actually own the phone fully equipped with apps jus add memory card and prepaid card if not wanting to use a major carrier.. Not compatible with sprint carriers other than that great phone

It is an ok phone, I will work good for me during an emergency.

My middle schooler uses this phone to call and text mostly. There is not much memory, but at this great price I don't worry so much if it gets lost or stolen.

Phone keep checking for the updates and stuck on it. Could not able to make a single call for the money I paid

Hello I bought a month ago a phone, which came with a gift of 3 months free service to the phone (Mint Mobile) I was then, and still am - VERY PLEASED with 1. The great and friendly Best Buy app 2. Don't expect this to be really fast and superior in performance. I bought as a temp., solution and it works just fine.

Very small for the exchange of my daughter's prior phone due to software issues, okay for a kid to use.

Used these for our company temp phones right after the Hurricane when Verizon was down. For a cheaper option these worked well

Phone seems to get good reception on T-Mobile network. Performance is not great but ok for backup or emergency phone.

It does the job. But everything is very slow. Loading contacts, sending text, etc.

The worst phone I ever owned I know it's 2G but it takes forever to load, even the contacts not to mention pictures... My phone was stolen and I thought I would use one of these until I could replace the original... But it's almost as if I don't have a phone because this one doesn't function at all.

Runs slow, tiny memory. Not for games that might be fast, or timed.

The phone as a good deal and I will definitely recommend it to my friends
