    This is a piece of junk that is loaded with malware. Luckily, the staff at Best Buy handled the return and even found a open box replacement device by motorola.

    almost utterly useless. reception ( cell signal) is terrible. The only phone in the room that gets no signal or stays connected. Extremely slow response to any commands. I had high hope fo this as a basic talk/text, some light media. Forget it. Pay a little more money and get a good phone

    It is very inadvisable to buy a phone this cheap, what you pay is what you get. I take full responsibility for being cheap, this phone is great when you go to a 3rd world country just in case you lose it or get stolen, this phone was only 55 or 60 bucks and I got EXACTLY what I paid for... NOTHING.
