No Instructions

We are not familiar with downloading apps and did not know how to work the product. Had to go to store to have them try and figure it out. Wasn't easy. Does not work at all in our new 2017 Ford Escape, and that is why I bought it. Very disappointed and if I return it, there is a $35 restocking fee!!! Not happy with Best Buy policy on that. Also there is no manual to refer to as it is not yet available. Geez
