Really good smartphone! I was stunned at the package. It was taken care of and not other crappy ones that have beaten up packages. Overall, the phones itself is really good! Runs really smoothly and has plenty of storage! I recommend this phone to whoever is choosing a phone for their child.

The phone is very suitable for normal everyday use although it’s not really meant to running a huge amount of tasks

Good for the price. After having it a month or so I notice a few little problems. Sometimes it goes off the page while I'm texting, but I can get back to where I left off

This is a great phone for the price! I don't do a lot on my phone anymore and only use it for calls and 3rd party authentication for work@home. Its working out great with my TextNow SIM! Camera is not great, but I didn't buy it for that use. I read some reviews that the phone didn't take their SIM so I was worried about that. Worked out great! TextNow is on the TMobile Network. I like that it came with a cover for protection, and it's got a sleek design.

It took an extremely long time to get & no instructions the back cover hard to open I almost broke it. I finally got everything in place got text couldn't use the phone bc it was not compatible with AT&T as advertised it also has that super strong plastic smell! Don't recommend!

I got this phone because of the price and it works with the Q Link card. But I recommend not only the phone, but also Best Buy. The sales staff were very helpful and polite The phone lives up to my expectation. Good phone, Good price.

opening GEICO app is restarting the phone. super slow and hangs all the time

I've had the phone for about a month now haven't had any problems worse great the first day or two it didn't pick up signal all that great but now it gets four or five bars where other phones don't get no bars or maybe half a bar seriously it picks up really well the signal does the only problem I've had so far is that it gets hot extremely hot and will shut down but then again the summer here is in 106 110° range so as long as it's inside and in the air conditioner it's a solid phone it plays games well you only have really one phone game on it at a time but that's all right with me I play free fire which is a very resource intensive game and it plays it just fine it's only 2 GB of RAM so you get what you pay for but as far as the software goes on it it's seamless

This phone is good for budget phone, only 16gb memory is too low.

I bought it for my brother and he is very happy. He lives out of USA and the phone it’s working pretty good.

Not compatible with. cricket. Description says compatible with cricket. It is not, according to the two cricket stores I visited. Brought it to the closest best buy store to return. They were going to charge me a 45$ restocking fee for a phone that didn’t work as described. Nice managers went welll out of there was to fix the issue, but don’t waste your time and effort if you’re buying this phone with the intention of using it with cricket.

Second new phone and still having major issues with operating system.
