    The phone did not work when I try to connect the phone to my WiFi. I was not pleased with the phone and then when I returned it, it was a 14.99 charge. I am very disappointed with the phone.

    The description of the phone was not detailed did nkt realised it had a seperate battery. I went to return it I was charged $45 which to be honest I did not see at the time of purchase. I was very upset and the manager at the store did not care at all or try to upsale me!
