How can a new phone out of the pack not able to charge? This is the 3rd time I’m buying the phone for my daughter for it’s affordability but it fails all the time. This time I cant even return it because we didnt open the pack till its past returnable. I just wasted anothet money regardless of how small it is. I gave it 1 star because it was mandatory to give a star.
