    I purchased this phone to use with trac fone but due to turn over to Verizon link could not obtain correct SIM card needed. I received 2 cards by mail as no one had them available in stores. When I took the phone back I had to pay a restocking fee of 45.00 because it was past te time Best Buy allowed. Was not happy about that.

    Only bought it to play one game (Pokemon Go). And the app crashes every two-three minutes. The app itself takes about a minute to load. Unusable for the one thing I bought it to do. No other apps. Tried restarting it, wiping it clean, and all that jazz. No luck.
