    I needed a cheap phone in the interim of my Galaxy flip-z being broken. I needed an inexpensive unlocked phone. I wish I had paid $20 more for anything else. This is a phone that is provided through the food stamp program. There's a setting for the Wi-Fi for metered and unmetered. This phone refuses to stay connected to Wi-Fi. I do like the fact it has an FM tuner and a 3.5 headphone jack. Also it did come with a hard case for the back.
