A great phone. I bought it open-box for $106 and am very pleased with it's performance.

this is the only thing I have got from another store, and these people were so unpleasant to us and didn't have any knowledge of what they were Selling us.
the phone itself works ok and again I needed it for work and was told it was the best phone for the job I do, but it wasn't, and I had to go buy me a new phone elsewhere

I bought this as a gift, but had to return it. They had it listed as compatible with Verizon in store. Purchased online due to the store being very busy that day. Once we tried setting it up, we realized it was not compatible with the Verizon network.
However, the little bit we used it, it seemed like it would be a great phone for someone who doesn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for a new smartphone.

For a no major company phone is has or the latest android technolgy high capacity memory and the beat of all the price is five to six time lower than any other major phone like Iphone or Samsumg and 128 gigs of memory.

Best Buy is an unprofessional company; otherwise, they would not sell phones that do not work. BLU should not be allowed to be sold. It breaks if one barely touches it, and small tasks like putting pictures on one’s computer do not work. The sound is so terrible that one cannot have a decent conversation with someone on the phone — isn’t that the purpose of a phone?
