After previously owning a Blu phone and trying out a different brand, I decided to return to Blu. I appreciate many aspects of the phone, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. Firstly, I noticed that after entering the PIN, it doesn't automatically grant access to the phone; you have to tap the arrow to proceed. It would be more user-friendly if this process were streamlined. My main concern, however, is the audio volume during music playback and phone conversations. I find that the volume levels are often unbalanced—it's either too low or too loud, which can be frustrating. Addressing this issue could greatly enhance the user experience. Overall, I’m glad to be back with Blu, and I hope these insights can help improve future models.

It's a great phone to use especially it has a large screen and it's stayed charged for a long period of time.

Not a terrible product. I bought it for my autistic son since he keeps breaking his tablets and it’s survived so far. I am on my second one but the first one was launched at a wall but other than that it has taken a beating and still works. Seems to have decent speed navigating apps and performing day to day tasks so for the price I would recommend this product

Not a bad phone for the price works good not the one I wanted but grandson is spoiled so I had to get a cheaper phone so he could get what he wanted but I'll get the phone I want soon hard to find a phone case.they do give u one with phone

Affordable and was able to ship to store unlike competitors. Powerful unlocked phone that can also be used overseas using a different sim. Guaranteed no roaming or international data issues. My carrier promised no roaming or data issues because I purchased so that I can roam and also purchased an international data plan. Still could not call text or use data. Best option is to get an unlocked phone and a sim card with a plan for that country

I was mislead, it advertises 256 storage, 16 g ram, but the ram is virtual and the phone isn't even 5g, I didnt know that it had to state 5g, you would assume a 200 dollar phone was 5g and well, it's a piece of junk and is slow and has no software updates and Android 14 and no real security and I'm just so discouraged and disappointed because I dont have extra money to get a different one and I dont have a legit reason to return it other than it sucks and I cant get anotjet phone and I'm not happy, probably won't come back. Thanks

It's got a big screen and nice resolution but lacks the modern features of a mid tier phone.
