I'm deeply disappointed that I bought this phone with the hope of using it later only to try inserting a SIM card today to use the phone and I discovered it's network locked. Chatted the support and got only bot like replies. BestBuy this is terrible

Not compatible withe cricket, Unsatisfactory Experience with Phone Purchase and Service. I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a new phone, specifically opting for an unlocked device. However, upon inserting my SIM card, it became apparent that the phone was not working on cricket as advertised. Despite this being an error on Best Buy's part, I was initially charged $45 for the return. After a prolonged discussion with the manager, the charge was reluctantly reduced to $25 afer purchasean other phone. This incident left me dissatisfied with the overall service and handling of the situation. As a loyal customer, I believe it is crucial to bring attention to such discrepancies to ensure better service for others. I urge Best Buy to address these issues promptly, ensuring that customers receive the advertised and expected services without additional charges for errors beyond their control. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope my feedback contributes to improvements in customer satisfaction.

The only thing I'm dissatisfied with the phone is the camera, but other than that it's a great phone. Would only recommend it for storage or childs entertainment, but definitely not for business.

I genuinely LOVE this phone + I'm soooo happy that I purchased it!! It also came with a clear phone case which was a plus! Great price ; For not much over $100 this phone is def a win win !! totally worth it + much more !!! I have no regrets whatsoever with it!

Features are fine. Some improvements over previous BLU models. Unfortunately, as always with all BLU phones there's a tendency towards ghost activity. Screens switch, functions not chosen take over active functions. It's frustrating. BLU should try to get this under control at long last.

If youre not going to pay for unlimited data, dont bother, because it is soooo slow.

I like it fine so far, I only purchased it because my old phone wasn't holding the charge cable reliably. It was inexpensive enough that I don't have to worry much about it. Never had a Blu phone but If you need a pretty good phone and a good price I would pick one up
