Great price, easy to transfer old phone data to it, is capable of fast charging.

I had to return this as it wouldn't stay connected to my WiFi. I'm home all day and have limited data plan so this was absolutely not okay Otherwise phone seemed ok when it was connected. 2nd home screen was populated and unable to be deleted For bargain phone for someone not dependant on WiFi could be an option Still waiting on my refund

For an in expensive phone the quality is not bad, Great pictures and sounds are good.

I bought this phone last year ago and is very beautiful

Would not recommend. Charger gets extremely hot while charging it from the very 1st use. While sending texts the phone will just randomly call the recipient of the text. The screen just blanks out at random times during use. I can see the potential but this phone unfortunately missed the mark. I'm thinking best buy purchases defective phones seeing as this is the second phone purchased for them in under 6mos. Then they want a 50 dollar restocking fee IF THEY EVEN TAKE IT BACK. Tragic...I don't even bother getting my blood pressure up with these jokers I just pass them off to my kids. With that being said I will never again purchase a phone from here..and certainly cannot recommend anyone else to partake. But if u enjoy gambling with you cellular communication..This is the place for you.

I bought this phone on March 5th at about 5:01pm at the White Marsh, MD location. I went across the street to Panera bread to set it up and it doesn't turn on -- and it doesn't charge. The unit is DOA. No big deal right? I take it back with the receipt and I am refused a refund - because they believe it's not the same phone I JUST BOUGHT. I have filed a complaint with BBB and contacted corporate. Hoping for a resolution, because I'm out $137.78. Best Buy return policiy is already bad unless you get a paid membership - but now their not even honoring that. I'd buy this device from a different retailer - if at all.

The specs don't match the performance. Touch is poor, and camera 50mp is no better than 2mp. Very disappointed

Worth the price. I had purchased originally as a open box but it didn't fire up or anything. Had to head back to the store to get a new in the box phone.....happy thus far.
