I love this phone, I am enjoying it 100% and it is the most basic and economical and meets all my expectations.

Purchased one before which worked perfectly so I purchased another one as a gift. With confidence based on the first one, I didn't check it out before giving to the recipient who on day one reported to me that it was flickering intermittently which got worse over time until it is now inoperable. couldn't return because it was sent to a country outside of the USA and was difficult to get it back.

The phone is completely nice it works very well, it’s durable, it really good to buy it and give it out as gift

The product model did arrive with battery dead, zero charge. A bad sign for a product with a lithium battery. The item failed 100%% in 2 days. It was open-box. Negligently not powered off by BEST BUY TECHNICIAN. PRODUCT IS/WAS BAD BEST BUY IS/WAS BAD

Definitely not a 50mp camera. The phone has 6gb of storage not 128gb. When I turned on it immediately said "Your device is corrupt. It cannot be trusted". Now I have to drive all the way to my closest best buy which is 30+ miles away to have geek squad look at it. Never even got to set it up and it's already having issues.

One of the two phones I purchased has stopped working it won't charge nor come on if tried to return it. They said two days and I still haven't received anything. I'm so disappointed with all the run around I keep getting. And the product sucked. Won't buy anymore of those phones .someone please get in touch with me
