Looked pretty and didn't seem laggy, I didn't keep it because I needed something with more space, but it looked like a decent phone for the price

I purchased this phone temporarily for myself until I was able to get the phone I wanted. It was easy to maneuver, Great charging hold 2+ days. Just wasn't tap accessible.

For the price, it's quite good. The screen is not too clear, but the size is good for those who mike large screen. The camera though, just make sure there's enough light, especially for dar skin color like me

It works good and has lots of storage space it doesn't have separate volume control for ringtone and notifications otherwise it's a good phone.

It's a great phone for most things you want to do but you can't send large files which I need to do for work and it won't let you live stream either. I had to switch back to my old phone for that. Camera quality is good though.

Recently purchased a BLU smartphone. And it's been a good buy. It's affordable and comparable to the very expensive latest smartphones. I've had no issues and would recommend it to anyone.

You get what you pay for. It's a great phone for the price but I wouldn't count on overloading it or using it for more than just every day use. BLU offers the best cheap phones in my experience if you're having to settle temporarily.

Not compatible withe cricket, Unsatisfactory Experience with Phone Purchase and Service. I recently visited Best Buy to purchase a new phone, specifically opting for an unlocked device. However, upon inserting my SIM card, it became apparent that the phone was not working on cricket as advertised. Despite this being an error on Best Buy's part, I was initially charged $45 for the return. After a prolonged discussion with the manager, the charge was reluctantly reduced to $25 afer purchasean other phone. This incident left me dissatisfied with the overall service and handling of the situation. As a loyal customer, I believe it is crucial to bring attention to such discrepancies to ensure better service for others. I urge Best Buy to address these issues promptly, ensuring that customers receive the advertised and expected services without additional charges for errors beyond their control. This experience has left a negative impression, and I hope my feedback contributes to improvements in customer satisfaction.
