It’s a pretty good phone. Came with a phone case which is very much so needed especially when your an active person always on the go.
Works fast and efficiently. Brought the phone unlocked so i can use any service provider. The battery last long.

By no means a phenomenal phone, but you get more than you pay for in terms of storage and capability. I purchased as a secondary phone to load communication apps for work on and it tackled that great. If you need a spare phone handy, I would recommend it

It really isn't even worth the price. The tablet with a phone app would function better.
There's literally no cases available for this phone that would protect it in any way, shape, or form from the dangers of today's life anyway. It's made sturdy enough but that's the outside. Inside? I wouldn't be able to tell you but just from examining what it looks like with a flashlight and pinhole camera, it appears that this would be the ultimate'death by charger' port, specifically. Does charge rapidly but dies just about as fast as it charges. Screen ambience lighting is hard / basically impossible to keep enabled. Does not recognize biometrics and there are very many apps that for some reason cannot be downloaded via Google Play store. At all. Phone would be good for someone who needs this specific amount of storage etc but not if it would be used for the type of media that you really need to be precise about. Screen is very sensitive to touch and case makes almost impossible to take photos. Phone is pretty. But camera stick out further than device. So - - you know what that means. Comes with silicone case by the way .. which like I said before, I guess that's a positive considering you can't find a hard case but.. This traps moisture, mold dust etc and also makes it awkward to handle the device. I could go on
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

After previously owning a Blu phone and trying out a different brand, I decided to return to Blu. I appreciate many aspects of the phone, but I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement.
Firstly, I noticed that after entering the PIN, it doesn't automatically grant access to the phone; you have to tap the arrow to proceed. It would be more user-friendly if this process were streamlined.
My main concern, however, is the audio volume during music playback and phone conversations. I find that the volume levels are often unbalanced—it's either too low or too loud, which can be frustrating. Addressing this issue could greatly enhance the user experience.
Overall, I’m glad to be back with Blu, and I hope these insights can help improve future models.

It's well worth the price for all it's Bell's and Whistles. The speed is awesome. High triple security access (unlocking Pin; Fingerprint; & Facial recognition)

Not a terrible product. I bought it for my autistic son since he keeps breaking his tablets and it’s survived so far. I am on my second one but the first one was launched at a wall but other than that it has taken a beating and still works. Seems to have decent speed navigating apps and performing day to day tasks so for the price I would recommend this product
