    This is a solid phone out of the box; however, it's 4G and you can only activate it with T-Mobile and its partners. I spent four hours with both Best Buy and Mint (acquired by T-Mobile) trying to activate this phone. Service was a nightmare, so take that into consideration because if T-Mobile raises its oligopoly prices in the future, updates technology, or discontinues Mint/Metro, you're going to be out of luck with this phone. It's locked to T-Mobile's network and can't be used with AT&T or Verizon. It also isn't compatible with 5G. I was going to buy two more of these phones, but everything we found out after purchasing the first one, we decided to go with TRULY unlocked phones that will stay relevant with current technology. I feel calling this phone "unlocked" is bordering false advertising.

    The phone itself if good. The box contained phone itself and data transfer cable (C-type both sides). NO Charger. The description stated that charger included.

    Bought for dad who needs a very basic phone. This was perfect, he loved it. It also came with a case charger and even earphones !
