Great much better phone than I anticipated at such a great price

Love the phone has a lot of memory space also has 120 htz screen

This phone is so good for a kid who uses the phone a lot.

This phone will work for the purpose of having a phone. However, the video quality is poor, the navigation within the phone is confusing, and the way it turns off and leaves the BLU lit up on the screen concerns me for overheating if left like that.

The phone is very nice and runs very good and I haven't had a problem yet

I have an iPhone 13 but decided to buy this phone for my side business. The phone has nice features but it was too slow. I had to return the phone. I suppose you get what you pay for.

A decent device but your help has much to be desired

I ordered this phone to replace mine which was dropped and broken. I paid for same day delivery early in the day. It was not delivered until About 6pm the next day. This was a work phone and I need to use it to sign into all of my projects. When I called customer service to find out where it was all I got was the runaround and a lot of immature children who didn't find it very important to assist me. I'm still waiting for a supervisor to call me back after research of the entire purchase day. This caused me extreme stress. Sure they return the money for the same day delivery. I want to be compensated for all the stress I had it go through.

Total Crap! I Only said 1 Star beccause it won't let me say zero... The screen broke on Day 15. Best Buy won't return it after 14 days. Blu won't take back because the screen doesn't work so there is no way too remove my data before sending it back. I have had several great Blu phone but this phone was bad in every way. The camera says it's 50MP but it's only 12. Plus it runs slow and locks up. Barf!

This phone reformatted itself without my permission so i lost data and a few thousand dollars in crypto. Dont buy this phone!!!
