Had this phone less than 4 months and will not take a charge at all. The first one I purchased was DOA and Best Buy allowed me to exchange it (which I appreciate). I'm in the process of returning directly to BLU.

Great product overall works perfectly fine, I've had no issues at all. I love how durable this is and how long it has been working since my purchase.

i love that you can use 2 sim cards on this but the quility of the internet on this is bad. it was like using a cell phone internet back in 2014

Good phone for travel use. Brought it for my mom to use for temporary use.

My 12 year old son, Love's his phone. Does everything he needs to do, with it.

This phone had alot if issues. Apps would freeze and I wouldn't receive text messages sporadically.

Just picked today from store for out of the country use. You have to sign a $35 repackaging fees if you return. Just to find out when I opened the phone that it was a repackaged item. The keyboard is really terrible!!

Worst purchase. I made the mistake of buying it twice. The phone doesn't work , you are not able to download much.

The clock is always wrong and if your lucky you may get your text messages.

Please do not waste your money on this cheaply made phone. No reflection On best Buy but this company has made a cheap phone. My Husband bought this phone in Oct when my old one crashed. I have had small problems from day one. #1 there is not enough storage on this phone even when you have add your own sd card for back storage. Its and 8g phone and you are lucky to get 2g to download games app etc.. like another reviewed said after 2 weeks I noticed I couldn't get messages text or voice mail. oh and you must format your sd card to work in this phone so if you try to use it in another it wont work you have to but a new sd card. All my apps stopped working so I had to factory reset phone 3 weeks in and finally after a month my phone will not hold charge and is now dead and will not turn on. I only have used the charger provided when the phone was bought. I was told by geek squad the charger port looks damaged and I had to contact BLU. Wondering how its damaged when I only use the BLU charger. Well good luck with that its been a week no phone still no one from BLU has contacted me back and I'm not sure that best buy will even take the phone back. Please Please do not waste your money its not worth all the hassle.

I read some of the reviews about this phone and I will have to heartedly disagree with them. This phone does everything you want with a smart phone as long as you use it for your intended purpose which is making telephone calls, doing some internet research, watching a few videos. I have no intention of playing games on this phone so for me it is a great phone at a great price. Finally, I found the sales rep at the Maple Grove Best buy extremely helpful !

the screen has given me a death screen every time i use the restart option. it is so slow. doesn't want to load anything and when i try to install any apps, i can't, the phone itself only has enough memory for its operating system.now after putting up with five months of he'll it stops reading the sim card for either slot and it ruined the sim card that was in it... i'm so done. do not get this phone.

I ever used blu windows cell phone. It gives me a good impression, so I buy blu product again. This android phone has a good screen and stable system. a little bit slow to run app, the camera and sound are not high quality. I just bought it by last week, so far so good. The phone is a great for work or basic use. It's worth to buy with the fair price.

I regret to buy an open box product, it’s defective, I couldn’t lock the screen, it warks constantly And I didn’t find any help from customer service
