I was skeptical at first when I was deciding on a phone. I have had LG, Samsung, ZTE. This phone takes great pictures​. Music plays loud and clear. No drop calls or static when not in service area. Great price and it comes with headset,not wireless, screen protector, and case.

Top of screen stopped responding after 15 days. Apparently it's a common problem. Which was outside the return period for bestbuy so I was directed to call the manufacturer BLU who than said they don't handle manufacturer detects and I have to contact another company. Who than doesn't want to cover the phone because when best buy sells the phone they do not include the IMEI on the receipt gor the online order.So they say they have No why of knowing if the receipt from best buy belongs to that phone.

I bought this through the BBY website on sale for $50 off. I knew it wasn't going to compete with the Galaxy S6 it was replacing, but wow, it was bad. Notice I'm using past tense. It does come with a screen protector pre-installed, a second screen protector, a protective case, and headphones which was a nice touch. Battery life was the big selling point in this phone. While it was better than the S6 it replaced I still needed to charge it after a 10 hour day of moderate use to get through the rest of the evening. Speaking of charging it takes forever. 4 hours for a full charge from 15%. The screen resolution is 1280x720. It's a bit grainy, but not too bad. Some games took 40 to 60 seconds to load. Again this was expected given the cost of the phone. Most other apps fired up within a few seconds. Once loaded everything ran fine. For fingerprint scanning functions in banking apps in particular I had to close out the window, then reopen it to get the app to read my fingerprint. For some the fingerprint scanner wouldn't work at all. The automatic keyboard popup wouldn't work reliably. More often than not I had to "close" the keyboard using the down arrow, then bring it back up by touching the input box. Right around the 28 day mark of ownership the top 1/3 of the screen stopped registering input touches. At the end of day 30 of ownership the phone stopped taking a charge. I tried multiple charging cables, and multiple plugs, but no luck. There was no physical damage to the charge port, and it worked just fine hours before when I did my after work top off charge. I went to my local Best Buy to see if they could help. Since it was day 31, and past the return point, I wasn't expecting much. They did offer an even exchange, but they didn't have the phone in stock. *sadface* I have yet to contact Blu for a warranty exchange. So I can't speak about their customer service. Currently I have an expensive paperweight sitting on my desk, looking all sorry, with its dead battery, not taking a charge.

When I trouble abroad, I like to buy a local SIM card, while still using my Tmobile service from the USA. So this dual SIM phone helps me access both lines and provides me the smartphone features I regularly use at home.

It's an okay Android phone. Typically you get what you pay for. This one is slow, freezes, poor screen but then again it's cheap! Won't be buying another Blu brand that's for sure.

This phone works great I have no problems at all its fast and takes good pics I would buy this phone again. The price was also good the phone is Worth the money!

The smartphone comes with a promotion price of $80. So far it has been used for more than 2 weeks. Feel so good. Deserve every penny!

what can i say i bought this phone at a good price .all the basic stuff works and my son is very happy with it .

This is obviously not a beast, per say. But, it works very good and essentially fast enough. 80 bucks for a finger sensing 4G LTE is very good imo.

This is a decent phone for the price and I like it ... only issue is the phone memory but you get what you pay for.

It is a cheap device!!! An excellent battery, the cameras is very good image.

Bought this phone for $80 and it works great for regular use. I am not gamer.

This phone has everything I want. Faster chip, twice the RAM, &much more storage (especially with the SD card set as internal) as my older phone. I'm not into games or other intense uses, just surf & searching with apps or browser, messaging, & photos. Camera is good, screen is brighter. Cost is best feature, Marshmallow is nice. I figure I'mgood with this fora couple years.

Great balance quality- price. Good screen size. Light and well designed.

I usually go overseas and having one with dual sim really helps a lot.

I bought this for a friend of mine as a birthday gift and it turned out that she loves it.

compare to other phones, this phone has features that more expensive phones don"t have.

cheap and good smart phone! deserve every spent penny.
