Overall Recommended phone-Issue with sim card slot

Sim card slot 1 stopped working in 1 month. This phone is too good for $80 plus tax amount. Android 6 OS, 2 GB Ram and 16 GB hard drive with finger print reader all such features for $80 is very attractive. Battery life is long and last for more than a day with moderate use. External SD card can used as internal memory also and it allow to transfer many applications to SD card and this additional feature of BLU. I am hesitant to recommend phone to others as for me I had bad experience for SIM CARD slot. This phone as two sim card slot and sim card slot 1 stopped working within one month. Now I have contacted BLU SUPPORT and waiting for RMA for repair and I have to pay for shipping phone to repair center and BLU repair center does not provide prepaid shipping label. Once repair is done then repair center will ship phone to me with their shipping charge but one time I have to pay for shipping. Only drawback for me is SIM CARD SLOT ONE STOPPED WORKING & SIM CARD SLOT TWO IS WORKING BUT SIM CARD SLOT TWO is compatible for talk and text only and no data. Otherwise this phone is affordable as per price what I have paid.

Flagship Features for a Burner Price

Great features, ample storage and memory, quality feel, and premium screen. Better than many phones I have owned that were 2-3 times the price. Excellent choice for those looking for a high end phone without having to visit the finance department to secure a long term loan.

    Great device so far.

This device has been working great so far. I upgraded to this device from ZTE ZMAX 2 which was running Android 5. I wanted to get to a budget device with Android 6. This device works just as well and benefits from the Android 6 experience. I still have a Micro SD card slot. The fingerprint sensor is a great benefit that wasn't necessary but I'm glad to have. I was surprised (in a good way) to receive a thin case, headphones, and screen protector in the box as well. Camera works fine. I don't play many games so I haven't had an issue with pushing the device too far. For the initial price special, this was a great deal. Time will tell how it lasts.

    phone call quality is poor

I loved my previous Blu phone, but after an unfortunate toilet diving incident, I had to get a new one. I would have happily bought the same model but they don't make it anymore. So I looked for another Blu phone and ended up buying this one. It's nowhere near as good as my previous Blu phone. It's not comfortable to use as my ear is always pressing things when I'm trying to talk on it- the mute button, speaker, keypad, etc. As far as I know, I don't have unusually large ears so this is rather a major issue. This makes it extremely difficult to carry on a phone conversation. In addition, I'm often told that the person on the other end can't hear me clearly and that I'm coming out distorted. If I can't even make a phone call, what's the point? The battery lasts me a day and half, and the camera is pretty good quality. Don't like the sms format either- I liked the previous version much better. They don't seem to have a picture gallery either, just a Google photos app which I really don't like. To summarize, Blu lost me with this model. I am so disappointed with it, especially in comparison to my previous Blu phone, that I don't think I would buy from them again.

The phone is a great phone for the price.

The phone is a bigger R1HD, the phone is fast powerful for the price, any slow downs, are due to the phone being g forced encrypted, I always hate when a company forces encryption on a device, that should be up to the user not company. My only con with the phone is I am a Android developer, and bought phone based on false advertising, this phone is advertised as a 64bit, it's a 32bit just like the R1HD. I recommend the phone, for a phone it works well, for development purposes it doesn't. 64bit is better simply cause many similar companies that sell similar phones already have Android 7, and easy to switch to those ROM. 32bit phones don't have Android 7, Blu never upgrades their phones, only security updates from time to time, so no Android 7 for this device. Bottom line for a phone great deal, for development pass on this phone.

Problem with Battery does not hold charge-

I have problem with battery of this phone. Battery does not hold enough charge and it should last full day at moderate use. I do not have too much use of phone during day and I have to recharge battery afternoon time. For BLU phone sold on best buy JEG & sons is warranty provider. I have contacted BLU support and JEG & sons support for free replacement of battery. JEG & sons is not responding to my email request and BLU support claim that JEG & son will provide you replacement of battery. I am back and forth with both but Battery replacement is not received.
