I set it up for her since I have used BLU phones for six plus years. Spent some time showing how to use and navigate Android. First enlarged the font so reading is easier then making calls, setting up contacts, etc. Texting was next which opened a new world for her in which she has become a maniacal wizard. All of this in a very short time. She loves the large and bright display plus the smooth quick response, long battery life (easily gets two days of calls, texts and web browsing) between charges. Loves the cameras and photo quality, grandkids and pets are favorite targets. Phone has no faults mentioned in other reviews. After handling the S91 Pro through this I am planning to replace my trusty three year old BLU G6 with one. Everyone happy on this end.

I just wish it had a wide angle lens, this has got to be the first blu phone I've had that didn't have problems like certain features that are broken. I returned one where the bluetooth didn't work or any number of things. I can actually use it with a Verizon based carrier like US mobile. Any phone that has LTE band 13 will work with Verizon or their MVNOs. just make sure the sim is already active before you put it in the phone.

Negatives: The operating system is slow to load apps or switch between them; I'm guessing the RAM is low on this sucker and that the version of Android isn't current, causing it to take it's sweet time to switch apps.

The second one I purchased, was an open box excellent condition and this purchase was not what I expected. The phone was in excellent condition, however the case and screen protector that came with my other phone were not included, and the charging cable was from a different product, without plug. Disappointed. I guess I have to go back and read what's included in open box.
