Phone is great but applications keep force closing I have to reset every time by turning it off and turning it back on love, the accessories like phone case, and phone screen phone charger with the cube plug

Very happy with this phone. It does everything I need it to do, battery life is good, was easy to set up, price is great. I can use more than one language on it and it has two places for SIM cards so it is a great traveling phone. It comes with a protective case and glass screen cover so you don't have to buy extra things.

This is the worst phone I have ever used. I already had low expectations because it's so cheap but it is just unbearable. It just spent 5 minutes restarting after it froze for the second time this morning. And I bought this thing new, not refurbished or used. It cannot handle more than one app being open at a time (so no music while using Google maps) and it hasn't even been able to finish the 'first time setup' Google does for Android. It crashes very often, the keyboard disappears, and I don't even do anything crazy with it. I have like 2 games installed, social media apps, email, and Google maps. That's all I use it for, but it simply can't handle it. I will never buy a Blu product again. Good thing best buy has a good return policy, but I was hoping to not spend any more money than I have to. Oh well. More debt here I come. Positives: the battery life is surprisingly good.

i love this cellular, It was easy to program and easy to use.

Bought this in emergency. Terrible software since it's not a flagship so i shouldn't really be complaining, but there are other cheaper brands like Motorola which cost less and provide better features in the sense that their phones actually work. The s91 pro lags a lot, takes a concerning amount of time to restart, display is quite small (i didn't realize going from a 6.8 to a 6.5 could make for such an uncomfortable experience, and the screen is not as sensitive as it should be to touch. To add on, the apps misbehave terribly, adaptive brightness adapts to darkness in all scenarios, and last but certainly not least, it downloads apps without your permission or knowledge (you have to stop it from doing this by going into playstore and stopping all updates, etc. It's just Blu trying to make more money through ads). So much for app permissions and privacy. The speaker is too loud even on the lowest setting, but calls on speaker are not loud enough ?? Just don't do it, you're wasting your money by paying for a restocking fee at BestBuy. Only pro is that its OS is android 12 which hasn't really hit most of the cheaper brands yet, but it's still not worth it.
