I called T-mobile after purchasing this phone thru Best Buy online. Best Buy advertises the phone as unlocked. T mobile ran the EMEI number and it came up as locked. They suggested I return it because they advised me I would have trouble with it. I called Best Buy and customer service was not helpful. They put me on hold forever and then I was disconnected. Best Buy informed me that I would only have 14 days to return the phone. Which I didn't know when I ordered it. I was not happy with the quality of the phone, the number keys don't press nicely the toggle does not function to the standards I am used to. The menu and software is not what I expected after watching many unboxings online. The guide does not tell you anything about how the phone works. I bought this phone for a senior citizen and thought it to be a very basic phone. Its actually complicated in its function. I could not figure out how to put my password in because I could not switch from capitals to lowercase. I do not know how this phone got any good reviews. People must have very low standards for a flip phone. I like the size of the phone and screens but that is all that I found positive about this phone. I wanted to see the phone in person before purchasing it but they did not have any in the stores to checkout first. Calling Best Buy is a nightmare because you can not actually call your local store and end up talking to a call center. Best Buy is not what it used to be. Overall a bad experience all around. I was just looking to replace an older broken flip for for a senior citizen. I thought I could trust a company like Blu that sells unlocked phones at reasonable prices. I thought Blu would be a safer choice that others because of their advertising of being able to be used with any carrier just put in a sim card and you are good to go.

Pretty good only thing is that it is very slow, hard to type, and hard to figure out some settings.

this phne is very nice and it is unlocked but i have had a couple issues with activating the service

Gave as a gift to my 75 year old mother. Phone broke within a month of her owning it. Junk!

The phone was a lot bigger than what I expected and the camera quality is very good.

I purchased this Flip Phone for my wife. Hers broke and was not fixable. I inserted the SIM Card, turned on the phone and it worked. It has worked just fine and my wife uses it every day. The are a few differences between the key functions vs the old phone but that is getting resolved the more it is used.

Since I've been purchasing things from Best buy, I've got my things on time and good quality. I recommend them to anyone

Bought this for my elderly father. It’s hard to find an easy to use phone for older folks. This one has easy east keys to use instead of a touch screen and is easy to use. Very good value since his last one was over $200.

it does not work with it does not let my cell service work most of the time. i felt a was ripped off.
