Great cellphone with an excellent battery it last almost a week. it's also very strong if the cellphone falls into the floor.

Very simple phone, bought it for my Grandma.. Quite easy to use, and very sturdy... Reminds me of previous generation of phones..

Although the description says this phone will work with all GSM carriers (AT&T included), it fails to mention that it only works on 2G networks. AT&T shut down their 2G in 2016, T-Mobile plans on doing the same by 2020, and soon 2G will be gone entirely. Why still carry something like this? Has anyone had success setting this thing up on other networks?

It is so bad phone for H20. It does not capture H20 server.

Outgoing audio doesn't work, so the person you're calling can't hear you. It sometimes works right after you reboot the phone, but then it doesn't work for subsequent calls. There's no tech support for this product. All BLU will do is refer you to another party who handles RMAs. I paid for shipping to replace it, and the replacement has exactly the same problem. I suppose you get what you pay for, and this phone is a brick.
