I charged the phone and tried to switch on using power button but it failed to start

Would not work with my sim card in Taiwan. Did not work when needed.

Don't recommend; Frequent glitches and non-responsive screen.

Was looking for a phone as mine shot craps 2 days prior to X-Mas. Imagine my surprise when I came across this one on BB's website. I was not familiar with the brand but with as little money as I had, thanks Covid, I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing it is easy to navigate and games and videos load impressively fast with no lag time. 32 Gigs of storage is plenty for me. The case and screen protector included was an extra plus. In short, it's a good phone for a good price. I have already recommended it to several people.

bought this phone a week ago it looked like a great phone for the price the phone seemed decent on the display but i wish i would of looked at every little detail on the phone the Speaker on the phone really really sucks!! the phone is slow and video quality sucks on videos and internet sucks on this phone sometimes it works sometimes it does not. I also think its weird how the charge is on the top of the phone..

There are two complaints about the phone. 1. The speaker is very poor. I am hard of hearing , and the audio on this phone does not come out clearly. Also it is difficult to raise and lower the volume. It is always either too loud or too quiet. These days we watch lots of youtube , netflix, and even Paramount Plus all with our phones, and the audio is very rough and scratchy. 2. The phone case provided with this phone was too bulky. I could not use the buttons properly as it was too thick. Everything else is fine except the voice recorder .

I needed a new phone. The set up wasn’t too bad. However the camera takes crappy photos. Very grainy and not clear.

This phone was bought because I needed something simple and inexpensive. Bad move on my part. Within the first 30-minutes after purchase the phone locked and rebooted twice. Over the course of the next 24-hours it has rebooted every 4-hours on average, and in one case lost every home-screen icon forcing me to recreate my home-screen. On top of all that, random apps I have never heard of will install themselves throughout the day. When it does work (and I use that term loosely) it is slow and hangs up regularly. So, if you enjoy the thrill of not knowing what is coming next, the challenge of recreating your phone home page and information, the exhilaration of seeing what new random app will show up next, and the patience-building thorn-in-the-flesh of slow operation, then this is the perfect phone for you!

let's be clear about one thing: Blu phones are amazing. i really do like the V5, however i was "talked into" getting the V5 instead of one of Blu's "general release" models. boy, did i get suckered. there are no cases, screen protectors, or ANYTHING for these "best buy exclusives", and the associate's ONLY response was "it's a budget phone, so we don't sell any accessories for them." i highly recommend Blu's phones. they are outstanding phones for the price. JUST DON'T BUY "BEST BUY EXCLUSIVE" ANYTHING! they don't support them! best buy contracts the company to "tweak" the designs so they are "exclusive", which means NOTHING made for Blu phones fits! seriously, they can't bother to contract out some inexpensive chinese made screen protectors or cases that fit their "EXCLUSIVE" phones?!? best buy has lost a 20+ year customer over this charade. if you are going to offer "exclusives" you should at least WARN people you don't support them!

After about a month of having this phone the screen started to not work. I contacted Blu customer support and after a couple of days dealing with them, they sent me an e-mail to contact a third party warranty company. I completed their online form and again waited. They have now sent me a return form and I have found out that I am responsible to pay for the shipping and it may take up two weeks to get a replacement phone. I now have to buy another phone so that I am not without a phone for two weeks. My job requires me to make phone calls, so I do not have any other option. It is pathetic how this company operates.

Don't buy 3g phone!!!!!!!!They sold this to my daughter and now she is trapped without a phone in another state on top of that cricket blocked her service because this is a 3 G phone!!!!

Originally went online to buy a product, and pick it up at store. Instead it had to hendelivered, and even the delivery was delayed...

This thing was a waste of time and money. Slow, unreliable, mind of it's own. Junk.
