I just bought this phone as spare . Speaker is horrible . Ringer keep going on silent. Ads keep popping up , I had disable google for stopping the Ads, and if i have to go on google i have to go to system n change it .I guess u get what u pay for it .

Phone works well. Was able to use another sim from another country...perfect. The phone is sleek and fashionable and classy. Perfect for the fashionista and conservative.

This is a decent phone fo rthe price you are paying. It will work as your secondary phone doing just the basic functionalities. Camera and audio is not good, but the rest of the features are fine

i like the phone, except the volumn is not good when i am called, the volumn wooks good when i ask google directions, it is louder, but not on speaker, way to low. all reviews say same problem. never seen this anywhere. freddie the guy that helped my buy this phone, is the best, i have seen great and helpfull guy.

Good phone for the price. I bought this for my young son. The phone is good enough for his needs and I don't have to worry if he lidded or breaks because it's so cheap.

I like my old BLU phone. bad about this one, the speaker is weak and I am hard of hearing. Also the Best Buy people could not transfer my data from old BLU to new BLU phone.

Needed a replacement phone and glad they had a unlocked phone at affordable price. Phone wasn't much close as my g7 but worked great!

Bought this phone because I needed a cheap phone at the time but I won't do it again. The speaker is terrible while making calls. I almost always have to put the phone on speaker phone to hear well during a call or use an ear piece.

This is a great little phone as a backup. Beautiful color. It comes with everything you need, case, protective screen cover and charging cable. Good buy.

While I really like this phone it has its faults. First is it's very difficult to open! Second I can not turn off the phone lock, only set it so it waits 30 mins max before locking itself. Third, it takes a bit for it to wake up if it's been off for awhile.

This phone can handle almost anything I put on it. However, camera, video, and audio really sucks. I do not recommend playing games, watching movies, or listening to music. But if you are a freelancer, excellent phone for your company needs

overall this is a great phone! The only real critique I have is with the camera, but for what you pay for the phone, it is well worth it and I highly recommend it!

I bought a Blu phone from Best Buy, and was told that it would work with T-Mobile. But it doesn;t, as confirmed by another Best Buy staff member. He said to try AT&T. I did, and the phone is now working.

I bought this phone because I wanted an unlocked phone to switch carriers. This phone is fast, it has the latest Android Pie system. But, like other phones, it's not perfect. It's a little difficult to set up, especially the sounds. And it took me a few days to get my Ring Doorbell set up on it again, I had to install it twice. The other apps are easy to navigate and they pop up quickly. (The new carrier made a BIG difference) This phone comes with a clear back cover and a screen protector! A nice bonus so you don't have to go hunting on Amazon and spending extra bucks!

I literally just bought this phone about an hour ago and already I regret it. I should have bought the Moto even though it had half the storage. The touch screen does not respond, the phone is slow, the speaker sucks. Won't be playing any music through this phone. you better get a sound amplifier if you want to be able to hear anything at all even if youre only 20 yrs old. I doubt my mother let alone my grandmother would be able to hear a single thing on this device.

This was purchased to use for travel abroad so I wanted something inexpensive. It met that criteria. However we ran into difficulties getting the cover off to put in the battery which was packaged outside the phone. I wanted to charge it up before getting a sim card for it. There was no info in the box nor on Blu's website, which doesn't seem to have some of its links working. Moreover there was a problem with the model name V5. There are similarly named models, but they weren't exactly right because some code didn't match. Upshot is we ended up scratching and cracking part of the screen in our attempts to pry off the back cover. When I get a sim card for it tomorrow, we'll see if it will work OK. Stay tuned!
