It's ok for a bag up phone or if you don't use your phone for much.

I returned it. Never used it. So, I can't make a judgement of it.

I purchased this phone to use while my other phone was being repaired and it worked great. I just popped in my sim card and it worked right out of the box.

Loudness quality fail miserably! Signal is weak , just not a good value!

This is a really great phone for the price. It has the same features as a galaxy phone. Great camera. Pictures are clear and great color. My husband loves his new phone.

I would not recommend this phone to anyone. I have to touch my selection multiple times before it is recognized and it is very slow. Also, the volume is low, even when turned all the way up.

don't like some of the functions especially delete

Not the best phone out there but for your kids a be great.

Piece of Junk. 80 dollars great phone but uses 3g. Hence unable to use with ATT. Phone is well made and I am using it on wifi. With a restocking fee of 40 dollars kept it rather than return.

The product arrived in perfect working condition! So far after two weeks in hand all is fine to date.

I went to Bestbuy because it was recommended to buy an unlock device to be used overseas I asked one associated at store if the devices will work in Europe and which one they recommend, the answer was anyone. So we decided for this model. When my kid arrived to Europe and tried to get a sim card for it, they could not get the phone to connect to their network. They troubleshooted and tried many things with not success. At the end, my kid had to buy another phone. If there was an online recommendation about using Bestbuy for this, why the associate was not kind enough to take time and verify if this was a device that will work? In any case, this was a waste of money and I won't recommend it, neither consulting people at store because they probably lack knowledge or do not want to help customers.

i bought it for a family member in Haiti and I haven't heard any complaints about it. I really like that it comes with a case.

I have the phone for 1mth now and good quailty for the price. If need a quick replacement phone at a low cost; this is the winnner!
